****Please be advised of our policies:

• We assign SEATS ON THE BUS according to when FULL PAYMENT is made.
• We assign SEATS IN THE THEATER based on the date of your DEPOSIT payment.
• NEW BUS POLICY.....NO FOOD WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE BUS...SECURELY CAPPED DRINKS ALLOWED...NO SODA CANS!
• We try our best to seat people together if they have indicated such.
• If you have any special needs that require special seating on the bus or for a performance, it is your responsibility to let us know at the time you sign up for a trip.
• Cash or checks are accepted. We do not accept credit cards for day trips.
• For day trips- a $20 deposit is required within 7 days of your reservation to guarantee your space on the bus.  Final payments are due 45 days prior to the trip.  
• For Broadway Shows, Special Performers and Special performances:  we require a $50-$80 deposit within 7 days of making your reservations to guarantee your space.  Final payment is due 60 days prior to the trip.  Cash or check payments only.

• CANCELLATION POLICIES: All deposits and payments are fully refundable up to the date that the full payment is due.  For DAY TRIPS, this is 45 days prior to the trip.  For BROADWAY SHOWS, SPECIAL PERFORMERS and SPECIAL PERFORMANCES, this is 60 days prior to the trip date.  Once the final payment date has gone into effect, all space is non-refundable unless we can clear someone from the WAITLIST. (see below)
• WAITLIST POLICY:  Within the cancellation period of 45 or 60 days, if we have sold all the seats on our bus and once everyone has paid in full...we will be glad to re-sell your cancelled space from our WAITLIST.  Once the waitlisted clients have paid us we will refund your money.
•  No Shows are totally non-refundable.
• For Groups of 15 or more we are able to arrange a customized pick-up point for most trips, if you wish.
